September/October 2008

Learn Northeast was at its very best in the months leading up to the election. I somewhat dropped the ball and haven’t done my research to figure out just how may radio interviews I was able to do but the several done most secular and Christian radio. Learn Northeast is beginning to breach secular media and this is where we have to go to sew the necessary seeds of truth in the Black communit

We visited Dallas Texas at the request of Mark Cruther of Life Dynamics. Pro-life groups are partnering more and more to present a united front that will increase the effectiveness of the pro-life movement. One program I certainly remember doing was Tony Brown’s Journal radio program in Louisiana. Though most including the host were supporters of Barack Obama they were totally unaware of his radical record on the abortion issue. The dialogue will continue due to the seeds sown.

Meeting the awesome people of Indiana at the request of Tom Gill of Indiana Right To Life was a rewarding experience. I was well received and was able to give prophetical insight to this crucial time. Indiana was also special due to the fact EWTN had people present and did a great article on my presentation which ensured a broader audience hearing the message.

After Indiana it was onto Orange County New York to speak at the Orange County Right to life annual banquet. Gloria Hedgepeth gave me the opportunity not only to be heard by about four hundred people one of the supporters of the life movement Mr. Mario Loomis did an outstanding job in recording the event and getting a highlight tape on you tube.

Kyal2K show in Utah and Iron Sharpens Iron in New York were radio programs that the message of life was able to engage the secular and the religious audiences and certainly allowed for lively discussion on abortion and Obama. After those programs it was off to Scranton Penn at Mt St.Mary’s college for an evening presentation on campus. About 200 to 250 students and faculty attended. The debate was extremely fruitful due to the fact there were many questions which were raised brought the students new insight.

I was surprised of the lack of knowledge of our students on the history of Planned Parent hood and Margaret Sanger. This allowed me to challege the students to request opposing views presented by abortion providers preferably planned parenthood. I told them I would love to come back in open debate with these groups openly before the students and administration; I have yet to hear from them regarding my challenge. The state of Florida was our last stop in October. In the city of Fort Lauderdale the Hope Pregnancy Centers invited me down to speak to about a 125 pastors and their wives. Jim Mc Garvey facilitated the event and also gave me the opportunity to speak to the Riverside Church in
